Refunds
You can get a refund on your ticket (less the fee Eventbrite charges us) up until 22nd November 2019. Just email us at [email protected] or request a refund via Eventbrite.
From the 22nd November 2019 we won’t refund tickets, but you can resell or transfer it to someone else.
Transfers
You can transfer or resell your ticket to someone else at any point until the day before the conference. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll change the name on the ticket.
Please don’t sell your ticket for more than the price you paid for it.
